Rochelle Powell

Rochelle Powell serves as a Managing Director and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. She brings over 25 years of experience as a public finance banker and is responsible for expanding the not-for-profit, healthcare, human service and education financial advisory practice. Ms. Powell also covers a select group of higher education clients and cultural institutions.

Before Prager, Ms. Powell served as Senior Vice President in the Public Finance Department at Greenwich Partners, a northeast regional investment banking firm. Her responsibilities included originating and managing bond financings in the primary market, growing the not-for-profit underwriting business, and covering state and local authorities in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

Rochelle received her master’s degree in public administration from New York University. She is a FINRA Registered Representative, Registered Principal, and Registered Municipal Advisor.
