Christine Plitt

Vice President, Operations at Pragmatic Marketing

Christine Plitt is the Vice President of Operations at Pragmatic Marketing. Christine has over 10 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry.

Christine started their career as a Sales Coordinator at the JW Marriott in 2007. In this role, they assisted the sales team with meeting and convention planning, including space selection, session scheduling, and documentation preparation.

In 2009, Christine became the Corporate Sales Manager at the Gainey Suites Hotel. In this role, they continued to assist with meeting and convention planning, but also acted as a liaison between the hotel and convention attendees. Christine also helped create sales plans in collaboration with the hotel's marketing team.

In 2010, Christine left the Gainey Suites Hotel to become the Special Event Planner at Laser Spine Institute. In this role, they prospected clients in the local hotel market and negotiated rates and other client bookings.

Christine has been with Pragmatic Marketing since 2011 and is currently the Vice President of Operations.

Christine Plitt has a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University, and a certification in Leadership and Strategic Impact from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Christine also has certifications from the Pragmatic Institute in PMC Level V, The Business of Data Science, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, and a certification from the Events Industry Council in Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).

Christine Plitt works with Rebecca Kalogeris - Vice President, Marketing, April Garcia - CFO, and Michael Li - President Data Sciences. Christine Plitt reports to Philip Alexander, CEO.
