Serena Crook

Serena Crook has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Serena began their career in 2012 as an Interim Human Resources Consultant at Housing Plus. Serena then moved on to Game Retail Ltd. where they served as a Divisional HR Business Partner - North from 2013 to 2015. Following this, Serena worked as an HR Business Partner at JCB and Jaguar Land Rover in 2015. In the same year, they also took on the role of Managing Director at SKJ Consultancy Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, Serena was an HR Business Partner at Ladbrokes Coral. In 2020, they joined SG - Digital as the Head of HR and later transitioned to the role of Director HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2022. Serena then served as the Director HR - Mergers & Acquisitions at Light & Wonder for the first half of 2022. In the second half of 2022, they became the Global HR Leader at Yellow Social Interactive before moving on to Pragmatic Play in 2023. At Pragmatic Play, Serena held the positions of VP of Global HR from 2023 to 2024, and SVP of Human Resources from 2024 onwards.

Serena Crook obtained their LLB (Hons) with a field of study in Law from Staffordshire University in 2005. In 2006, they completed a PG Diploma in Legal Practice at the same university. Serena continued their education at the University of Wolverhampton from 2010 to 2012, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
