Eric Shroyer

Eric Shroyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as the PW800 Customer Event Manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada since January 2012. In this role, Eric provides technical and logistical support for AOG and in-service aircraft issues related to the PW800 engine series, ensuring timely aircraft return-to-service. Eric has previously held positions as an Airframe and Powerplant Technician and Environmental Health Safety manager, gaining proficiency in maintenance, repair, and compliance management. Prior experience includes assembly work at Lockheed Martin, airframe and powerplant technical roles at BOMBARDIER, and freight conductor duties at The Appalachian and Ohio Railroad. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aeronautics from Eastern New Mexico University and an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Fairmont State University, complemented by a certificate in Welding Technology.
