Paul Babij

Paul Babij is a mechanical engineer with diverse experience in design, testing, and project leadership within the automotive, aerospace, and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as a Turbomachinery Design Engineer at Pratt & Whitney since March 2023, Paul specializes in compressor design for various types of jet engines. Previous roles include Test Engineer at Inmotive Inc., Design Engineer at Tesla, and Engineering Project Lead at Ford Motor Company. Additional experience encompasses positions as CAD Specialist and Maintenance Engineer at Alstom, Chief Engineer at Blue Sky Solar Racing, and Microgrids System Designer at PowerNetworks. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
