Jim Davenport

Jim Davenport has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Jim started their career as a Systems Analyst at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in 1995, where they were responsible for Java team lead for accounting software development. Jim then joined ARINC in 2000 as a Principal Engineer, focusing on software development in Java, Python, and various databases. In 2008, they became a Sr. Java Programmer at Exelis, where they worked until 2014. Jim then joined ActioNet, Inc. as a Software Engineer before moving to Praxis Engineering in 2016, where they currently hold the position of Software Engineer.

Jim Davenport's education history includes attending Central Washington University from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 1991, they briefly attended Colorado Technical University, majoring in Computer Science.
