Jason Cuadra

Jason Cuadra has extensive experience in the field of power electronics and engineering. Jason started their career as an Advanced Engineering Manager at Astec in 1995. From 2000 to 2011, they worked at Power Integrations, where they held various senior roles, including Senior Staff Engineer and Applications Engineering Manager. During their time at Power Integrations, they led a team of engineers and technicians and was responsible for designing power supply prototypes for customers, resulting in significant business growth.

In 2015, Cuadra joined Transphorm Inc. as the Director of Engineering, where they worked until 2017. Following this, they held multiple roles in 2018, including a Power Electronics and EMI specialist at X, the moonshot factory, and Loon, a spinoff from Google X. These roles involved designing power converters and addressing electromagnetic interference for high-altitude balloons used to provide cellphone data service in remote areas.

In 2019, Cuadra became a Consulting Principal Engineer at Pre-Switch, Inc., and in 2020, they joined AnDAPT, Inc. as the Senior Director of Systems Engineering. Overall, their experience highlights their expertise in power electronics design, engineering management, and EMI mitigation.

Jason Cuadra attended the University of the Philippines from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
