Gary Koo

Gary Koo has diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 1999, they started their career as a Web Programmer at CNS Webgroup and then transitioned to being a Server Administrator at CHEE in 2003. In 2005, they worked as a Summer Associate at WuHyun Law. Gary then served as a Law Clerk at Amin Hallihan from January to May 2007. From September 2007 to September 2011, they worked as a Patent Examiner at USPTO. Following this, they worked as a Patent Attorney at Shinjyu GLOBAL IP - United GIPs from October 2011 to October 2014. Gary then joined Global IP Counselors, LLP as an Associate from November 2014 to April 2016. Gary continued their career as an Associate at United IP Counselors LLC from May 2016 to October 2018. From April 2019 to July 2022, they worked as an Associate at Oliff PLC. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Program Manager and Patent Counsel at PreAct Technologies starting from November 2022.
