Erick Gallager

Erick Gallager has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2010, Gallager worked at 800response as a Senior Technical Services Representative, handling Interactive Voice Response routing issues and building routing templates for toll-free routing applications. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Technical Services Consultant at the same company, where they continued to solve routing issues and collaborate with external carriers for toll-free number setup and troubleshooting.

In 2013, Gallager joined Qualvu as a Project Manager, where they managed multinational market research projects for Fortune 200 clients. Erick also played a key role in maintaining and automating new processes for asset management clients, and worked closely with vendors for recruiting and transcription services.

In 2015, Gallager moved to Precision Sample, LLC, initially joining as a Project Manager. Erick then advanced to Team Lead, Project Management in 2016, and finally elevated to the position of Director of Operations in March 2018.

Erick Gallager attended Saint Michael's College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics.
