Rick Bowling

Rick Bowling has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Rick currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Precisional LLC, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of Steadfast Pathway starting from June 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, Rick worked as the Global Operations Director for Crane Solutions at Columbus McKinnon. Before that, they had a long career at SPX Corporation, where they held several executive positions. Rick served as the Vice President of Global Operations Key Initiatives, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability from September 2016 to April 2019. Rick also served as the President and Managing Director of Balcke-Dürr Global and Vice President of Global Operations, Thermal.

Earlier in their career, Rick held leadership positions at Tarkett, PaR Systems, Black & Decker, and General Electric. Notably, they held the role of Vice President and Manufacturing Vice President at Tarkett and Vice President and Product General Manager at PaR Systems.

Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated expertise in global operations management, business development, continuous improvement, and strategic sourcing. Rick has a proven track record of driving profitability and sustainable growth in various industries and has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector.

Rick Bowling has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rick also has a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Missouri State University, obtained in 2012.
