Carmen Ramos Garrido

Carmen Ramos Garrido has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carmen started their career in Digitex in 2010, where they served as a Key Account Manager and a Consultant in the area of Analytics and Customer Experience. Their responsibilities included understanding market needs, implementing operational improvements, and conducting studies to enhance customer revenue. Carmen also held the position of Quality and Processes Manager, where they conducted audits, developed action plans for agent excellence, and provided continuous training.

In 2016, Carmen moved on to become a Business Development Consultant at Digitex, where they were responsible for prospecting and developing business in various sectors. Carmen analyzed each sector's value chain to identify the most attractive and profitable strategies for the company. Carmen collaborated with the Sales Director to create account plans for each vertical, customizing products and services based on specific needs.

From 2018 to 2019, Carmen worked as a Business Development Consultant at MST Holding, focusing on identifying new business opportunities. In 2019, they joined Grass Roots Spain as a Business Development Manager, contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

Currently, Carmen holds the position of Operations Manager and Product Specialist at Predictiva.io, where they utilize their skills and expertise to manage operations and provide specialized product support.

Carmen Ramos Garrido completed their Diplomatura in Comunicación Audiovisual from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, studying from 2002 to 2005. Carmen then pursued a Modulo Grado Superior in Comercio y Marketing Empresarial from Escuela Superior Luis Buñuel, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
