Tracy Swiatek

Tracy Swiatek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tracy began their career at H&R Block in 1992 as a Bookkeeping Supervisor, where they managed daily operations and performed various accounting functions. Tracy then transitioned to Johnson Controls in 2006 as a Labor Accounting Payroll Team Lead, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams and managed a 4-person team responsible for union reporting. In 2015, Tracy joined Cree as a Senior Payroll Analyst, where they implemented and managed Kronos Workforce Central and ADP configuration projects. Tracy also provided troubleshooting support and delivered training for Kronos WFC projects.
