Richard Gilbert

Richard Gilbert has worked in the technology field since 1983. Richard began their career at RockBottom Stores as Director of MIS, a role they held from 1985 to 1998. In 1998, they moved to Duane Reade, where they served as Director of Store Systems until 2012. During their time at Duane Reade, they established the Store Install Group and Technical Field Group to handle installation and equipment issues. In 2011, they became a Retail Consultant at R.S.G. Consulting, and in 2012 they joined GSI Commerce, an eBay, Inc. Co. as a Consultant. In 2014, they returned to R.S.G. Consulting as a Retail Consultant, and in 2015 they became Director of Infrastructure and Retail Systems at vineyard vines. In 2018, they began working as both Director of Store Technology at PredictSpring and Business Owner / Chief Consultant at Rondack Systems Group LLC.
