Head of Partnerships at Prefect

Andrew Black is the current Head of Partnerships at Prefect. Prior to Prefect, they held Sr. Director of Alliances at Pendo.io from April 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Sales Operations and Strategy Manager, Google Fiber at Google from July 2013 to April 2020 where they were responsible for growing and managing the North American SMB partner channel for Google for Work (Google Apps, Drive, and Chrome devices) to help our customers discover the magic of working in the cloud and the Google for Work vision. Additionally, Andrew has also worked as a Sr. Manager, Business Development at Okta from March 2013 to July 2013 and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2010 to March 2013 where they served large global companies to startups primarily in strategy, operations, new market expansion, and M&A, with a particular emphasis on tech marketing and sales. Furthermore, they have also MBA Marketing Intern at Novell from January 2009 to December 2009 and CEO at Paradux Concepts, Inc. from July 2000 to August 2008.
