Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of organic products and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmentally friendly products. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
