Kohei Hayashi

Kohei Hayashi is a researcher with extensive experience in data analysis and machine learning. Currently, Kohei works at Preferred Networks, Inc. since May 2018 and has been a researcher at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) since April 2016. Previous roles include project researcher at the National Institute of Informatics, visiting researcher at NEC Laboratories America, and JSPS postdoctoral fellow at The University of Tokyo. Kohei's research contributions include probabilistic model-based data analysis and scaling up machine learning algorithms through parallel computing. Kohei holds a D.Eng and M.Eng in Computer and Information Science from the Nara Institute of Science and Technology.
