Dan Berzansky

Dan Berzansky serves as the Chief Executive Officer at OneTeam360, a company that enhances employee engagement for part-time hourly workers through a gamified SaaS solution. In addition, Dan holds the position of Forum Chair at the Entrepreneurs' Organization in Orange County, CA, contributing to a global network of business owners. As the Owner of Premier Health and Safety LLC and Premier Aquatic Services LLC, Dan provides aquatics management and staffing services. With a longstanding commitment to community service, Dan sits on the Board of Directors for Stop Drowning Now and has held various program management roles at the Jewish Community Center. Dan's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University and a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
