Vivian Ni joined Premier BPO LLC in 2009 right after she earned her bachelor’s degree and has been working for the company for nine years now.

Vivian developed her career with Premier BPO LLC and currently serves as Assistant Director of Operations. She is very accomplished in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry and her expertise include client relationship, operational management, contact center, project management, and campaign launching.
