Adam C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2004, they began their career as a Seasonal Biologist at Mass Wildlife. Adam later worked as a Marine Biologist at the New England Aquarium from 2005 to 2008 and also held the position of Aquarist from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they became a Seasonal Extension Agent at the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management.

Adam then transitioned to the field of education and worked as a Middle School Science Teacher at Melrose Memorial Veterans Middle School from 2014 to 2015. Adam continued their teaching career at Cohen Hillel Academy as a Middle School Science Teacher from 2015 to 2016 and at the Andover School of Montessori as a Middle School Science Teacher from 2016 to 2017. Adam later served as a 6th Grade Science Teacher at McCall Middle School from 2017 to 2018.

In 2014, Adam joined Premier Data Center Services as a Datacenter Operations Specialist, where they are currently employed. More recently, in 2019, they pursued a career in real estate and held the position of Real Estate Agent at Benjamin Apartments & Cityside Homes and later at REX.

Adam C. started their education in 1993 at UNH, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine and Freshwater Biology in 1997. In 1997, they also completed a summer program at Shoals Marine Laboratory, which provided him with course credit towards the completion of their B.S. degree at UNH. In 1995, Adam attended the Sea Education Association (SEA), where they earned course credit towards the completion of their B.S. degree at UNH. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marine and Freshwater Aquaculture at the University of Rhode Island, completing all coursework required for the degree. Adam continued their education at Harvard University from 2008 to 2013, earning a Professional Certificate in Sustainability and Environmental Management.
