Jennifer Gunter

Jennifer Gunter has extensive experience in the field of human resources and employee benefits. Jennifer is currently the VP of Total Rewards at Premier Health Partners, where they oversee all aspects of the company's rewards programs. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Employee Benefits at Premier Health Partners.

Before joining Premier Health Partners, Jennifer worked at Valvoline Inc. as the U.S. Health & Welfare Manager, managing employee benefits programs for over 9,800 employees.

Jennifer has also held various positions at NCCI, including Manager of Total Rewards, Total Rewards Consultant, Project Manager, Benefits Analyst, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruiting Coordinator. Jennifer'sresponsibilities at NCCI included managing benefits open enrollment, vendor relationships, and the implementation of a Human Capital Management System.

In addition to their corporate experience, Jennifer has been actively involved in professional organizations. Jennifer served as a member of the Executive Committee at HR Florida State Council, Inc., where they held the position of Vice President. Jennifer also served as the Past President of the Human Resources Association of Palm Beach County.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as an HR Clerk II at BROWARD COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURTS.
