Madeleine Biondolillo

Madeleine Biondolillo serves as the Vice President of Quality and Safety at Premier Inc. since October 2016, focusing on strategic quality and population health initiatives within value-based healthcare delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Population Health Management at the Connecticut Hospital Association, where responsibilities encompassed advancing population health strategies and supporting the transition to risk-based healthcare models. Madeleine has also worked as a consultant for the Pioneer Accountable Care Organization and held positions at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, including Associate Commissioner and Director of Healthcare Safety and Quality. Additionally, Madeleine was the Corporate Medical Officer at Radius Management Services from 2005 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tufts University Medical School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from McGill University.
