Client Service Trainee

Position Summary

Premise is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Client Service Trainee to start working in Bogotá, Colombia. The arrangement is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Requirements:

• Professional or student in the final semesters (Administration, international business, economics, industrial engineering, or similar)
• Information analysis
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Assertive communication with a focus on end users
• Service vocation, consultancy, and commercial skills

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to deliver actionable insights to clients in mass consumption and telecommunications.
• Create presentations, employ effective storytelling, articulate key insights, and cluster opportunities.
• Demonstrate service orientation, maintain frequent communication with clients to address requests.
• Collaborate with the internal team (operations), review best practices for requirements, and enhance customer service delivery.
