As the MMarketing Director (Vitamins and Supplements) - China Market, you will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing strategy in China, with a specific focus on the vitamins and nutritional supplements market. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our brand presence, developing effective marketing campaigns, and driving overall business performance. This is a senior leadership position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, strong marketing expertise, exceptional knowledge of the vitamin industry, and a deep understanding of the Chinese market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the Chinese market, with a specific focus on the vitamins and nutritional supplements sector, aligning it with the company's objectives and ensuring its successful execution.
  • Build and maintain strong brand equity and awareness in the Chinese market through innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels and platforms to promote our vitamins and nutritional supplements.
  • Develop and execute consumer-focused marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth for our vitamin products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the vitamins and nutritional supplements market in China, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative and impactful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, monitoring ROI and optimizing marketing investments to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, influencers, and industry associations, to enhance brand visibility and amplify marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, specifically related to the vitamins and nutritional supplements industry in China, and proactively adapt marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
