We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Social Media Lead (Supplements and Vitamins) to lead our social media initiatives and drive significant growth across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, from both organic and paid perspectives. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, analyzing data, and optimizing our approach to maximize engagement and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead day-to-day social media output, defining and constantly upgrading content strategy and execution on each social platform.
  • Oversee the development of the social calendar across all organic social channels, including support for new campaigns and events.
  • Review and approve produced social content (with an emphasis on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok), providing clear feedback and edits.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities to elevate strategy and execution, keeping a finger on the pulse of social trends, new platforms, and the competitive landscape.

Audience Growth and Engagement:

  • Drive significant audience growth and engagement across platforms, setting and hitting ambitious goals and KPIs.
  • Implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and community building across all social channels.
  • Collaborate with the Growth/Acquisition team on paid social strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integration with organic efforts.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze social data from various sources, prepare comprehensive reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Optimize social media strategy and tactics based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate social media trends, campaigns, and initiatives to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Partnership:

  • Lead relationships with platform representatives to stay informed about platform updates and leverage insights to inform strategy.
  • Partner closely with internal and external creative partners to develop best-in-class social media assets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) for ongoing social support and alignment.
  • Support other projects as needed to drive business results and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
