Jaclyn Bouchard has extensive experience in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and corporate sustainability. Jaclyn currently serves as the EVP, Head of ESG Solutions & Corporate Responsibility at Preqin since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at S&P Global Ratings from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director, ESG & Sustainable Finance Products, Global Lead, ESG & Corporate Sustainability, Senior Manager, Global ESG & Corporate Sustainability, and Manager, Global ESG & Corporate Sustainability. In these roles, Jaclyn played a significant role in developing and implementing ESG programs, managing existing ESG products, and driving sales through product education and client relationships. Jaclyn also worked at Recyclebank as a Senior Sales Coordinator and Sales Coordinator, as well as at BrightGrid Solar, Inc. as a Project Specialist, Operations.

Jaclyn Bouchard holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an M.S. degree in Energy Management at New York Institute of Technology - Manhattan from 2010 to 2011. Jaclyn also participated in a Semester at Sea program focused on Global Studies at the University of Virginia in 2009. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Towson University, which they earned between 2005 and 2009. Furthermore, they engaged in a Study Abroad program called "Service Learning in the Tropics - Costa Rica" at Towson University, completed in 2008. Lastly, Jaclyn Bouchard graduated from Northport High School in an unspecified year. Alongside their educational qualifications, they are currently pursuing the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing, to be obtained in 2024.
