Lynn Downie

Lynn Downie, M.A., serves as the Associate Director of Career Development and an adjunct instructor in the Department of Business Management at Presbyterian College since November 2006. Responsibilities include facilitating substantial work experiences for students through internships and job placements as part of the "Life Beyond PC" initiative, teaching the required course BADM 400, and collaborating with the Office of Academic Affairs to oversee internships for academic credit. Previous roles at Presbyterian College included Assistant Director of Career Development, Coordinator of Career Programs, and Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, where administrative duties included planning recruitment events. Additionally, Lynn Downie was a Global Career Development Facilitator Course Instructor for NECA/ACA and taught tenth-grade English at Greenwood Christian School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Christian Education from Presbyterian School of Christian Education (PSCE-Union) and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Presbyterian College.
