Jessie Crooks

Jessie Crooks, RN BSN PHN, currently serves as a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Presbyterian Homes & Services since October 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare, Jessie held the position of Health Para at Anoka Hennepin School District from September 2020 to August 2023, focusing on student health collaboration and education. Previously, Jessie worked as an RN Case Manager in Home Health at Presbyterian Homes & Services from September 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included maintaining patient records and coordinating care. Early nursing experience includes student nurse roles at Allina Health, Birchwood Senior Living, and Woodlyn Heights Healthcare Center. Additionally, Jessie has been the CEO of Wonder Mom since June 2007, overseeing product development. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
