Jon Fletcher

Jon Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jon began their career in 2004 as a Sergeant in the US Army, serving until 2012. In 2005, they worked as a Real Estate Assistant at The Realty House. From 2010 to 2015, Jon held multiple positions at Alatus LLC, including Vice President of Marketing & Sales, General Manager (Operations), and Director of Development. In 2015, they joined LMC, A Lennar Company as the Vice President of Development. The same year, they also served as the Vice-Chair of the Planning Commission at the City of Brooklyn Park, MN. In 2014, Jon founded their own business, Terrava, where they served as the Owner / Principal. Currently, they are working at Presbyterian Homes & Services, where they have held the roles of Board of Directors, Vice President, and Senior Vice President.

Jon Fletcher attended Crown College and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Performance and Christian Ministry in 2008. Jon then received additional certifications, including a Secret Security Clearance from the United States Army in 2004 and a Top Secret Security Clearance in 2008. Jon later pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completing their studies in 2010. Jon furthered their education with an Executive Education program in Strategy & Innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2011.
