Susan Minar

Susan Minar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Susan began their career as a Store Manager at McDonald's, where they excelled in managing operations. Susan then worked as an Employee Service Specialist/HR Assistant at East Central Energy before transitioning to an Office Assistant role at Tarmann American Dream, Inc. Susan also served as a Department Team Lead at Target.

Susan's extensive experience in senior housing and healthcare communities began at Presbyterian Homes & Services, where they held various roles such as Housing Counselor, Housing Director, Director of Marketing and Public Relations, and Housing Administrator. Their most recent role at the company was as a Campus Administrator, overseeing daily operations.

In addition, Susan has experience in the education sector, working as a Short Call Substitute Teacher and Instructional Assistant at Cambridge-Isanti District 911. Susan also served as a Jr. High Youth Leader at New Hope Community Church, where they led and planned activities for the youth group.

Susan's most recent role is at Presbyterian Homes & Services as the Director of Workforce Strategy, where they provide leadership in workforce planning and strategy. Susan previously held the position of Director of Education & Training, managing onboarding, training, and instructional design, and also served as the Certification Project Manager.

Before entering the workforce, Susan had their own business as an independent Sales Consultant for Longaberger. Susan developed a client base through various marketing strategies and provided exceptional customer service.

Susan Minar earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University in 2005. Susan also holds a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Assisted Living Director from the Board of Examiners of Long Term Supportive Services in 2021.
