Paul Manley

Paul Manley joined the Presco team in 2015 as the Vice President of Engineering. In his role, Paul leads the Engineering and Maintenance teams responsible for equipment and facilities in both the Engineered Films and Safety Marking Products divisions. Paul has 14 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, previously working for companies such as Poly-America, Nestle Waters North America and Barry-Wehmiller Design Group. A native of St. Louis, Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2004.
