Andrés Ortiz

Andrés Ortiz is a technology specialist with extensive experience in information technology and web development. Currently serving at the Presidencia de la Republica de El Salvador since June 2019, Andrés focuses on enhancing public access to government information. As a co-founder, CTO, and COO of Breinz since July 2009, leadership in technology initiatives is a key responsibility. Previous roles include senior developer at the Presidencia de la Republica de El Salvador and senior web developer at Ideaworks International, where expertise in developing complex web systems was demonstrated. Additionally, experience as IT manager at Radio 102nueve involved the implementation of new technologies to improve infrastructure performance. Andrés holds a degree in Computer Technology, Internet, and Programming from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, with prior education at Universidad Don Bosco.
