Naren Babu

Naren Babu is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at prezent.ai. Naren has also worked as an R&D Engineer AI/ML at IN-D - Power of AI and as a Data Scientist at Tango Eye.

Naren has experience in developing the InD-Insurance product from scratch, training models with 52856 discharge summaries and achieved an accuracy of 96.4%. Naren has also helped the Greater Chennai Police in finding offenders during Diwali 2019 by training the model with 63212 offenders with each offender having 1 image for training. Naren has also successfully implemented a data collection module at stores in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, they have implemented a smart parking pilot for a leading product company to find the availability of parking lots, detect violated parking and authorize cars approaching with up to 30 kmph speed in the parking area for nearly 400 cars.

Naren Babu has a Master of Technology in Computational Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Panimalar Engineering College. They also have various certifications in Data Science, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and SQL from Datacamp, Coursera, and Udemy.
