Kristy Rodriguez

Kristy Rodriguez, LMSW, SIFI, currently serves as a Clinician at PRFI, Inc. since October 2021, utilizing deep experience in social work and program management. Previously, Kristy held various roles at The Bowery Mission from December 2014 to October 2021, including Day Program Supervisor, where oversight of day programs, completion of assessments, and facilitating service referrals were key responsibilities. As a Social Worker, Kristy promoted social-emotional learning and conducted family assessments. Additional roles at The Bowery Mission included Site Supervisor and Administrative Supervisor, focusing on enrollment management and outreach. Kristy began a career in social services as a Summer Camp Counselor at The Bowery Mission and has prior experience in customer service and retail supervision. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College, complemented by ongoing studies at the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
