Manus Mchugh

Manus McHugh is Senior Vice President with responsibility for both the Corporate Events and Staging & Hotel divisions. Manus joined the company in 2018 as Vice President of Continuous Improvement & Integration. Moving to his current role in January 2019, he has responsibility for sales, production management, technical support and product marketing. Manus has overseen the organizational redesign of Corporate Events, implemented a best-practices program for project management and instituted a sales channel program to drive revenue attainment and customer alignment.

Manus is well-qualified to take on this role, as he joins us from Exelon, a Fortune 100 energy and utility company, where he spent the past 19 years, most recently as their Executive Director of Commercial Performance & Improvement. Over his tenure, he built an exceptional track record for driving improvements and leading transformation. In addition, he completed a wide variety of integrations related to Exelon’s mergers and acquisitions. His previous experience includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates.

Manus’ community involvements include serving on the board of directors for United Way of Southeastern PA; the board of Catholic Social Services for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, where he chairs the Children & Youth Services Committee; and as chair of the Lower Salford Township Planning Commission. He lives in Harleysville, PA with his wife, Joanne, and their three daughters.
