James B. Powell

James B. Powell is a communications specialist currently supporting the Florida Baptist Convention since September 2023, focusing on quality communications and brand management. With extensive experience in audio-visual technology, Powell has served as a contract video engineer for PRI Productions since August 2021, specializing in live video for the Jacksonville Jaguars Game Day Crew. Previous roles include audio visual technician, media/worship technology intern at Mandarin Baptist Church, marketing and advertising intern at Jacksonville Children's Chorus, and visual producer for YM360. Powell holds a T.C. in Digital Media/Multimedia Production from Florida State College at Jacksonville, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Marketing.
