Sarah Pool

Sarah Pool has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Their most recent role was as the Human Resources Director at Price Bailey LLP, starting in September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at LGC as the Human Resources Manager, where they led HR for the Health Science and Innovation Division, Corporate and UK. From 2009 to 2016, Sarah was the Head of Human resources at Mundipharma Research, responsible for delivering HR strategy and services for the UK and Germany. Sarah also has experience as an HR Manager at Laing O'Rourke, Taylor Woodrow Developments, Comet, and Greenalls.

Sarah Pool earned a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from The University of Salford between 1996 and 1998.
