Head Of Product

Quantum Dice is hiring a Head of Product to build and manage a strong product portfolio across different sectors.

Responsibilities

Product strategy:

• Identify which products can have the greatest impact on both emerging and existing markets and identify product requirements (certifications, specifications, support requirements).

• Create meaningful product requirement documents.

• Understand the features and architecture of Quantum Dice technology to guide conversations with prospective clients and lead PoCs.

• Support marketing strategy for products.

• Support the commercial team in creating a pricing strategy for products.

• Develop Customer Support (CS) strategy for products and manage CS deployment.

• Ownership of product roadmap and risk mitigation.

Product release:

• Identify all critical points concerning product release and tie them to the product roadmap.

• Identify relevant risks for product deployment (including cloud and integrated circuit solutions).

• Manage discussions with subcontractors for product build, provisioning, testing, and shipping.

• Own supply chain compliance.

• Own product compliance and certification process necessary for relevant markets.

• Manage quality assurance subcontractors/consultants.

Operational:

• Identify the core skills needed to grow the product team.

• Create a budget proposal for the above points.

Requirements

• Candidate needs to have worked in the productisation of hardware.
• Experience with cloud deployment of hardware.
• Experience with pricing of hardware and solutions.
• Experience with semiconductor supply chain preferred.
• Experience within a start-up environment preferred.
