Mission
As a Social Strategist at Primal, your mission is to craft and implement visionary social media strategies that captivate and engage our audience, driving both retention and growth. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep understanding of social media dynamics to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences, thereby ensuring a high social retention rate. Your strategic foresight will guide the accurate planning and execution of these campaigns, aligning with Primal's goals and client expectations. With a keen eye for upsell opportunities, you will contribute to the financial success of our portfolio, ensuring that both base and additional targets are met or exceeded. Your work will embody the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and business acumen, setting the stage for sustained success and client satisfaction.

Accountabilities

  • Achieve and maintain an impressive social retention rate by developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure campaign plans are executed with high accuracy, aligning with strategic objectives and delivering on client expectations.
  • Deliver high-quality social strategies that are both innovative and effective, meeting the dynamic needs of our clients and their audiences.
  • Meet or exceed portfolio size targets through strategic campaign management and effective client relationship building.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities, achieving targeted additional revenue while adding value to client engagements.
