Loai Gomaa

Loai Gomaa possesses extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as a Volunteer Expert at Primary Venture Partners since April 2025. Prior to this role, Loai Gomaa held multiple senior positions at Procter & Gamble from December 2020 to July 2024, including Director of Digital Supply Chain Transformation and Performance Excellence, where operational leadership was provided for Cascade, managing a team of over 200 employees and achieving notable sales and market share growth. Loai Gomaa also contributed as a Project Engineer at Mars and an Underwater Inspection Control Data Processor Engineer at MCS Free Zone early in the career. Loai Gomaa is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, expected to be completed by August 2025.
