Dominik G. Rabus

Dominik G. Rabus currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development at Alcyon Photonics since October 2023. In addition, Rabus leads the Co-packaged Optics System Level Architecture Focus Group at the Advanced Photonics Coalition since June 2025 and operates as the owner of RABUS.TECH, a technology management consulting firm, since January 2018. Rabus also holds the position of Independent Expert for the European Commission, volunteer expert for the US Pharmacopeia's Expert Panel on In-line Monitoring, and Co-Lead of the Strategic Working Group at the PharmaLedger Association. Furthermore, Rabus is a board member at ECV - Editio Cantor Verlag für Medizin und Naturwissenschaften GmbH and has lectured on business processes and lean management at ESB Business School and Reutlingen University. Educational background includes a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin, as well as a Diplom Ingenieur from the University of Stuttgart.
