Jenny Koucheravy has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jenny began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at QVC in 2014. Jenny then worked as a Funding Analyst at Flagship Credit Acceptance from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined CCRES, Educational and Behavioral Health Services as a Human Resources Specialist, where they performed administrative duties and supported the employment process. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Wellworks For You as an Administrative Coordinator and later as a Corporate Wellness Program Manager, where they developed and customized wellness programs for corporate organizations. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Artisanal Brewing Ventures, where they supported the remote Sales team within the ABV family of brands. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Generalist at PrimePay, where they advise on organizational development, analyzes HR trends, and provides performance management guidance.

Jenny Koucheravy began their education at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2009 and completed their studies in 2013. During their time at Kutztown, they focused on sociology, psychology, and social work, although they did not obtain a degree in these fields. Jenny later attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2014, where they attained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Social Work.

In terms of additional certifications, Jenny obtained several throughout their career. In 2023, they completed a course on 360 Feedback offered by LinkedIn Learning Courses®. Jenny also participated in a Workplace Culture Virtual Retreat provided by SHRM in the same year. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Employee Engagement, Finding and Retaining High Potentials, and Strategic Human Resources, all through LinkedIn Learning Courses®. Additionally, Jenny acquired a certification in Succession Planning from LinkedIn Learning Courses® and participated in an SHRM course on HR Well Being - The Importance of Self-Care in 2020. Lastly, they completed a seminar called Human Resources for Anyone with Newly Assigned HR Responsibilities offered by Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
