Nancy Rosenau has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nancy currently serves as a Sr. Operations Coordinator at PrimePay since October 2021. Previously, they were a Permanent Recruitment Consultant at Reach Professionals LLC from January 2020 to October 2021. Before that, Nancy had their own Human Resources Consulting business as the Managing Director from January 2016 to January 2020. Nancy also held positions at The Bancorp, where they were the VP and Director of Community Outreach and CRA Officer from March 2014 to September 2015, and the Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Benefits from January 2002 to February 2014. Nancy gained experience in Cash Management at Jefferson Bank from September 1998 to April 2000. Nancy began their career at Beneficial Savings Bank in 1980 as a teller and worked their way up to become a Branch Manager before leaving in 1989.

Nancy Rosenau is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership at Widener University since 2007. In 2008, they attended Cornell University and studied Human Resources Studies until 2009. Additionally, in the same year, they also obtained a Strategic Human Resources Practices Certification from Cornell University. Prior to their higher education, Nancy attended Shipley High School from 1977 to 1980, where they earned their High School diploma. Nancy has also engaged in further studies in Organizational Development and Leadership at Widener University at unspecified periods.
