Jen Powell

Global Director, Talent Management at PrimeRevenue

Jen Powell has extensive experience in talent management and recruiting. From 2019 onwards, they worked at PrimeRevenue as the Global Director of Talent Management, where they led talent acquisition strategies, managed the recruiting team, and oversaw talent management for all business verticals. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Recruiting at Get MedTalent from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for recruitment and managing the relationship with their largest RPO client. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at The Adecco Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner, sourcing and hiring various positions for different divisions. Jen also has experience with Immedion as an ISR & Office Manager, where they assisted with operations, HR, sales, and marketing in a new data center location. Jen began their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at AppleOne Employment Services, where they worked as a Full Desk Recruiter, managing corporate clients in the Charleston market.

Jen Powell's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University. Furthermore, they attended Lyman High School, where they focused on Early Child Development & Learning. In addition to their formal education, Jen has obtained certifications as a Certified Assessment Coach from Hogan Assessment Systems in August 2021, and as a Certified 360 Feedback Coach from TalentQuest in June 2021.
