Brandon J. has an extensive work history, starting in 2006 as a Communications Technician at Comcast. Brandon then progressed through various roles within the company, including Technical Operations Supervisor and Technical Operations Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Enterprise NPS Coach before becoming the Manager of Customer Experience in 2017. In 2022, they were promoted to Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, where they led the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, Brandon is working as the Global Head of DEI&B at Primient, where they are responsible for designing talent processes and policies with a DEI lens, implementing inclusive adaptations to benefits and compensation, and launching talent programs to enhance diversity and inclusion.

Brandon J. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus from 2021 to 2026. Prior to that, they attended Lincoln Technical Institute from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
