Andre Plummer

Andre Plummer is the current Program Manager of Financial Services at the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation. Andre has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, working for various companies such as Seraphim Financial Group, PNC, RapidAdvance, and The Interface Financial Group. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing the financial well-being of the Corporation and its clients. Andre is a highly skilled financial analyst and manager, with a proven track record of success in their field.

Andre Plummer has earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from University of Maryland University College and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from University of Maryland University College. Andre also attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University for Business Management.

Andre Plummer reports to David Iannucci, President & CEO. They work with Ramsey Koojo - Finance Controller, David K. Lewis - Director, Business Development, Government, and Larry Hentz - Director, Commercial Development.
