Jessica Johnshoy Phr

Jessica Johnshoy, PHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over 15 years. Jessica currently works as the Human Resources Director at Priority Envelope, where they oversee HR management of all plant locations and is responsible for strategic initiatives and overall management of human resources projects. Prior to this, Jessica worked at WestRock Company as an Area Human Resources Manager and Business Unit HR Manager. Jessica also served as the Senior Manager of Operational Human Resources at Milk Specialties Company, where they provided HR leadership and oversight for 10 plant locations. Earlier in their career, Jessica held the role of Supervisor in Human Resources/Customer Service/Training/Quality at DRIASI and worked in Human Resources and Training and Development at LTCG. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, and training and development.

Jessica Johnshoy, PHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Science degree in English Education and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. In 2017, they also earned a Professional Certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

In addition to their educational background, Jessica has obtained two additional certifications. In 2010, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2019, they earned the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
