Ginger Turner, CPA, CFE

Ginger Turner, CPA, CFE, has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Ginger is currently working as a Controller at PRISM™ Worldwide since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Accounting Manager at Funko from June 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they led the accounting team to become SOX compliant, reviewed and proposed changes to processes and procedures to enhance internal controls, and implemented a web-based ticketing system for managing customer requests.

From November 2016 to June 2018, Ginger worked as a Controller at Inspirage, a multi-million dollar global software consulting firm. Inspirage focuses on innovative supply chain management solutions and serves Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Inspirage, Ginger was the Controller at Pacific Tool, Inc. from October 2012 to October 2016. Ginger actively participated in senior management meetings, prepared financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and ensured compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Prior to Pacific Tool, Inc., Ginger worked as a Controller at Dunkin & Bush from December 2009 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for financial statement preparation, system upgrades, and restructuring the financial reporting system.

Ginger also served as the Controller at W.A. Botting Co. from April 2008 to December 2009. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, and managing key relationships within the industry.

Earlier in their career, Ginger worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Clark Nuber from January 2006 to April 2008. Ginger gained experience in auditing various commercial, international, and not-for-profit organizations.

Ginger's career started at WA Botting Company, where they began as an Accounts Payable Clerk and progressed to the Staff Accountant position. Ginger excelled in roles such as Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Job Costing, and was responsible for publishing the financial statements of the subsidiary engineering firm. Ginger also managed a successful construction management software conversion.

Ginger's professional journey began as a Sales Manager at Ramada Inn Davis in 1990.

Throughout their career, Ginger has demonstrated strong financial and accounting skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial management.

Ginger Turner, CPA, CFE, began their education in 2000 at Central Washington University. From 2000 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. During the same period, they also obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the same institution.

Continuing their professional growth, Ginger obtained two additional certifications. In December 2006, they became a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally, in October 2006, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation through the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
