Ira Senkevich

Ira Senkevich has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an HR Administrator at Avilon Group, where they were responsible for full-cycle HR paper work for 250 employees. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Researcher at Avenir Resources, where they were responsible for hiring for different level positions and searching for CV-s of candidates in open sources. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Deutsche Bank. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an HR Advisor at Bash Today. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an R&D and IT Recruitment Lead at Align Technology. Most recently, they have been the Head of HR at Prisma Labs, Inc. since 2020. At Prisma Labs, they are working on developing a universe of creativity with their feature product Lensa, which is a photo and video editing super app that uses AI to deliver the power of imagination to the world.

Ira Senkevich received a Bachelor of Management from the State University of Humanities in 2012, with a major in International Business. Ira then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the State University - Higher School of Economics, which they completed in 2014.
