Tim Browne

Tim Browne is the operations executive for Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. He joined Prisma Health in January 2018 and has over 30 years’ experience in hospital leadership. Previously, Browne served as chief executive officer at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, South Carolina and as president and chief executive officer at Loris Healthcare System in Loris, South Carolina. Browne earned a master’s degree in health administration from the University of South Carolina in 1983, after earning an undergraduate degree in biology in 1981. He is a fellow in American College Healthcare Executives, a former board member of the South Carolina Hospital Association, former chair of the Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce and a former chairman of the Mercy Hospice board of directors in Horry County, South Carolina. Browne and his wife, Nancy, have a daughter, a son, and a grandson.
