Nate Feesl has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nate started their career as a Help Desk and Internet Specialist at DecisionOne in 1997, providing support for various clients. Nate then joined TCF Bank in 2003, where they worked in various roles such as Service Desk Level I, Level II, Service Desk Lead & Supervisor, and IT Knowledge Base Coordinator. At TCF Bank, they excelled in providing troubleshooting and issue identification for internal applications and systems. In 2012, Nate became self-employed and offered computer repair services. Nate also worked at Experis Technology Group as an Incident Manager, handling major incidents, conducting conference calls, and providing progress updates to executives and leadership. Currently, Nate is working at Prisma International as a Localization Engineer.

Nate Feesl obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Animation from Academy College from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they also hold additional certifications. Nate obtained the A+ Certification from CompTIA in April 2000 and the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from Benchmark Learning in October 2010.
